Andrew Koh is the Archaeological Scientist and Director of the Ancient Pharmacology Programme at Yale University. An experienced Senior Researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry, Andrew is also the Museum Scientist at the Peabody Museum. Skilled in Lecturing, Academic Writing, Student Development, Academic Administration, Science, and Research. Strong research and teaching professional with an interdisciplinary PhD focused in Archaeology and Archaeological Science (University of Pennsylvania) and unique insights as one who has taught and advised in all four major divisions of Arts & Sciences (Humanities, Social Science, Sciences, Fine Arts).

Kristen Koh Goldstein has served on the Board of Trustees of The Bay Area Discovery Museum which supports the children of the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as the World Affairs Council of Northern California. This is where she was humbled and inspired by the philanthropy of members such as former Secretary of State George Schultz and Charles Schwab who are determined to leave the world a better place. Through this inspiration and as a passionate advocate for empowering women in business and life, Kristen founded HireAthena in 2011 to enable CPA moms—some with special needs children—to work from home before WFH was a thing! In order to focus on the needs of her own special needs children, Kristen turned over day-to-day operations of the company to its hardworking employees. Being a graduate of of both Harvard Business School and the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, Kristen feels right at home at JAR Farms.

Paul Hong is an experienced Buyer with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Skilled in Trend Analysis, Luxury Goods, Retail, Product Assortment Planning, and Retail Buying. Strong purchasing professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Psychology from Northwestern University.

Sarah Hong is the General Counsel & Head of Business Affairs at 30WEST, which provides capital and strategic guidance to high caliber creative projects and forward-thinking companies in the entertainment space. She was previously an attorney at the entertainment boutique Sloss Eckhouse Dasti Haynes LawCo, negotiating acquisition, development and distribution deals covering film, TV and digital media. Prior to her work in the entertainment industry, she was an associate at the corporate law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she specialized in banking and other financial transactions. Sarah is a graduate of Dartmouth College and The University of Pennsylvania Law School.
